You all know me as an accomplished athlete who built my reputation on 35 years of running and winning numerous awards for my athletic performance in hundreds of races and marathons, but even a marathon, 26.2 miles, starts with ONE step! 

 

I want you to know that I've been where you're at. Coming from a sorted past of smoking, disordered eating and limiting beliefs, and then being  hit head-on by a truck while running to wind up in a wheelchair being told I'd never walk normally, yet alone ever run again, I know anything can be achieved!  I defied the odds and came back running stronger; more vibrant and competing in marathons again.

 

Don't let anyone say 'you CAN'T' because YOU Certainly Can Run!  It starts with one step...together we'll get there!

Dawn Ciccone is an accomplished athlete, ASEP/NFHS Certified Coach coach, nutritional health counselor and motivational speaker, who has received numerous awards for her athletic performance, including 23 marathons and hundreds of races. Her greatest achievement is her comeback from a horrific tragedy that left her wheel chair bound.
