Option 1: Intensive Coaching

Service Includes:

• 90 min initial phone consult to discuss goals, running history, and long range plan.

• Weekly 30 min phone consult.

• Unlimited email correspondence

• Weekly training schedule, including daily training specifications.

 

Rate:$250 pr month with 3 month commitment

Option 2: Basic Coaching

Service Includes:

• 90 min initial phone consult to discuss goals, running history and long range plan,

• Bi-weekly phone consults.

• Weekly email correspondence.

• Monthly training schedule.

 

Rate: $175 dollars a month with 3 month commitment
