Of all the New Resolutions people make, losing weight and getting fit is at the top of the list! But fitness isn't a program to follow as though taking a college course. It never ends.

Too often short-goal success end up with people slipping back to bad habits and losing what they've gained in fitness. Fitness is an overall, holistic lifestyle change. Rather than a goal of losing pounds or going down in size, think of fitness as being comfortable in your body.

Fitness levels vary depending on your desires, whether they be simply to feel healthy or to target sport specific goals. other way fitness is not temporary. It is a life changing process that you enjoy so much, you want to maintain it.

FITNESS is

F eeling incredible in your body.

I nexhaustible energy and stamina.

T ying your shoes without groaning or struggling to bend.

N atural desire to eat healthy.

E nergetic and vibrant disposition.

S leep that is restful.

S trength and resilience.

Find something that lights you up; an activity you love doing and you'll always make time for it. Soon it becomes as much a part of your life as brushing your teeth.
